1. Production description
1). Paraffin is kind of mineral wax,also is a kind of petroleum wax,mainly is the C,H mixture of two kinds of element material,its chemical formula CxHy.It is a by-product in the process of crude oil processing,flaky or needle crystal,also called wax crystal shape.
2). After the paper into paraffin can be making a good waterproof performance of all kinds of wax paper,
can be used for food packaging,metal anti-rusting and printing;Paraffin after joining cotton yarn,can make the fabrics soft, smooth and elastic;Paraffin can also produce detergent,emulsifier,dispersant,plasticizer,the grease,etc.
3). Main quality index of paraffin wax melting point and oil content,the former said heat resistance ability,the latter said purity.Each type of wax and according to the melting point,is divided into different varieties,such as 52,56,58 brand.According to different degree of refining, can be divided into fully refined paraffin wax,semi refined paraffin wax and crude paraffin 3 kinds.Fully refined paraffin wax oil content less than 0.8%,semi refined paraffin wax oil content less than 1.8%, to use widely.
4). Increased after adding polyolefin wax additives,its melting point,adhesion and flexibility,can be used for candle production.As a result of the animal and plant wax wax resources more and more nervous,now most of the candle is made of paraffin wax.Domestic candle factory mainly use semi refined paraffin wax as raw materials,and exported to international market is mainly domestic fully refined paraffin wax.

2). Polishes to improve buff ability, to provide solvent binding and solvent retention properties
3). Rubber and Tires as mould release agents, plasticizers and lubricants in rubber blends
4). Cosmetics and Pharmacy to act as base component in various formulations
5). Paper Coating formulations covering packaging of food and non food articles
6). Hot Melt Adhesives as cost-competitive blend component
7). Chemical Industry as processing agents, raw materials, components
3. Storage Note
