we provide complete air cooling fiber laser marking machine.It is environmental friendly,low consumption, fully automatically and high-quality laser system.
This laser system makes the optical conversiuon rate up to 50%. The air cooling can meet
the system requirement. The laser system is small and compact size. Fiber output,can flexibly makes 3D processing system. The backward reflecting isolator, which uses the particularity of wavelength and direction of laser, and the special structure inside the backward reflecting isolator can block the laser reflected by work piece to avoid the laser entering the laser oscillator again to damage the laser oscillator.
Fiber Laser marking machine adopts the third generation (the most advanced) solid-state fiber laser to create the super fine effect of marking. This model is of integral structure, no pollution, no optical power coupling loss, air cooling, high efficiency and stability, its life is as long as 120000 hours. Q: How to distinguish laser tubes with different powers and applications?
1. Laser tube length (relatively speaking, the longer, the bigger)
2. Laser tube diameter (relatively speaking, the thicker, the bigger)
3. The bigger a laser tube power is, the deeper the machine can cut, but its light spot is bigger.
So, it is better to use a machine with a low-power laser tube to engrave, such as 20w, 30w, 50w.
