Preparation method of nicotine salt mixed liquid of 100mg/ml:
1. Prepare a set of equipment with stirring and heating;
2. Add about 700ml (735g) PG into the belt stirring heating equipment;
3. Weigh the nicotine salt 315g and add it to the equipment with stirring heating;
4. Start stirring and heating at the same time. Set the temperature 60ºC-80ºC;
5. Stirring and heating for about 30min, the entire dissolution process to maintain the temperature, nicotine
salt can be completely dissolved;
6. Use PG to make up the volume to 1L, continue heating, keep the temperature 60ºC-80ºC, stir and heat
about 5min, no precipitation, no solid.
7. If it is not completely dissolved, the time of stirring and heating can be prolonged appropriately.
8. When dissolved can be increased or decreased in the same proportion.
