Overload limiter
Overload limiter is widely used in 0-99T building hoists, gantry crane, electric hoist, hoist and plug sensor detecting hoisting machineries. When the loading of hoists reach up to cooresponding limited weight, limiter will alarm by sound and light. Controller input two groups relay that input contact signals and can realize static overload alarm and dynamic limit alarm. When weight comes up to limited weight, limiter inputs relay contact signals, cut off circuit and make hoists can't start and process.
Way of installation
Hoist pin installation(pin sensor is installed between carriage rail and connecting shaft of cage lifting ear.
Hoisting rope installs and detects hoist wire-rope tension or rope hitch plate installation.
Main features:
1. Limiters use LCD liquid crystal display; Apply Chinese and English to show rated loading and realtime loading, debugging displays status information and record temporal work condition, making records of 5000 times alarms.
2. Contact input according to the requirement so that can realize to control the process of hoists.
3. Overcome inertia wrong alarm when hoists start.
4. Sensors adopt Nickel, Chriomium and Molybdenum materials, integration structural design, overloading capacity 150%, precise linear input, small hystersis.
5. Limiters have self-diagnosis of breakdown function, and input overload signals when system break downs or power failure.
6. The structure of sensor is compact; Installation is convenient.
